When you’re craving something sweet, reach for these! The nutrients in walnuts are great for your skin and your mind.

These are a perfect pick me up, topped on oatmeal or winter salad. They also make a great gift for friends! You can make the same reciepe with pecans…to mix things up a bit.  


2 cups walnut halves 

2-3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 tablespoon coconut oil or olive oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Pinch of sea salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degees Farenheight. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

As soon as they’re ready place them on a plate or baking dish to cool.
